4. State the product issue
5. Shipping costs to Us/Seller are borne by the buyer
6. (Shipping costs will be borne by Us for shipping to the Buyer if there is an error from Us/Seller)
Warranty does not apply if:
1. Protective layer is damaged / torn / scratched
2. IC is not original from Hippo (Replaced / Modified)
3. Incorrect installation
4. Battery Health is still above 70%
5. No damage
6. Damage due to misuse/installation (exposed to water, incorrect installation, etc.)

Tips for first-time battery use:
Before charging, use the battery until it reaches 20%, then charge with the phone turned off (use an original charger) until it is fully charged.
If the indicator on the phone turns green (full) before reaching full, continue charging until it is truly full so that your battery functions optimally.
