Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Coverage periods vary by product category:

Battery	6 months
Bluetooth Audio Devices	3 - 12 months
Accessories & Cables	3 - 12 months

The warranty period begins from the date of purchase as indicated on your proof of purchase.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
Hardware malfunctions under normal use
Premature failure not caused by misuse or external damage

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, or accidents
Damage caused by water, moisture, or exposure to extreme conditions
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, cable fraying from misuse)
Damage caused by use with incompatible devices or non-standard power sources
Products with removed or altered serial numbers

Warranty Resolution

Depending on the nature of the defect and stock availability, we will resolve your claim through one of the following:

Repair of the defective unit
Replacement with the same or equivalent product
Store credit or refund (at our discretion)

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all warranty claims. Claims without proof of purchase will not be processed.
